AA Defensive Driving Courses

 AA DEFENSIVE DRIVING COURSES

COVID:  MASK  -  SCAN - SANITISE - MY COVID PASS
The AA Defensive Driving Course runs over 2 weeks – on 4 x evenings  ie, Tuesday, Thursday, Tuesday, Thursday (approximately 8 hours in total) or Monday, Wednesday, Monday, Wednesday (during the Winter months)


 

Course cost includes:

  • 1 x workbook

  • tuition over 4 evenings

  • online e-drive course

  • in car assessment drive on completion of the theory course (at mutually agreed time arranged)

 Start time:   5.30pm 


 Where: 5 Westbourne Avenue, Rotorua

Everyone is welcome to do a Defensive Driving Course to improve their risk assessment.

If you are looking to reduce the time on your restricted licence, the AA Defensive Driving Course Requirements are:-

  1. Under 25  -  You can do the Defensive Driving Course at any time on your Learners or Restricted and this will enable you to reduce the time on your restricted from 18 months to 12 months.
  2. Over 25 -     You can reduce the time on your Restricted Licence from 6 to 3 months 

 

AA CORPORATE DEFENSIVE DRIVING COURSE

For companies wishing to up skill drivers of company vehicles and make them aware of road hazards and thus ensure they are competent drivers.
